Actually 32A would be enough for modern lighting. HID and LED lamps draw little to no current couple that with a flex fan and aluminium rad and the cooling issue would be solved without the need for an electric fan. I wouldnt recomend it for a daily driver but a street strip setup where you have minimal accesories it would work fine

coz that 10lbs weight loss is really vital in a 4000lb car..

32a would be absolutely miserable... lights wipers and demisters alone would take at least that,  its simply not justifiable in a road car..
