When the Camaro went for it's MOT back in early September it had suddenly developed a nasty suspension creak in the rear suspension
Wasn't time to do anything about it and it passed the MOT OK without comment

Over the last few weeks I've took the shocks off and they were both fine, tried greasing all the joints and soaked them with Silicone spray, all to no avail
Over the last few days I dismantled and greased most of the joints, all the rubbers were in good condition, but the dam creak was getting louder

Today I took the rear anti-roll bar off and the off side joint looked fine, still greased it anyway

Then looking at the nearside joint I found out that the rubber had welded or stuck to the roll bar, so I assuming it was trying to turn the whole joint inside the bracket, hence the loud creak

Using a large pry bar I unstuck it and it was in good condition, greased and re-assembled and no creak

Creak now you bastard

NB : This is what happens when you don't drive a car enough

Already done a few years ago

I have new front discs which I had bright zinc plated a while back, before putting them under the bed

The gold two pack epoxy caliper paint has really started to fade, so I'm seriously considering removing the rear discs this winter and having them shot blasted and zinc plated

Then fitting both sets

Well both bushes have the split facing backwards as fitted by GM

From an enginneering point of view, I'd face the split backwards so that road dirt etc doesn't get in
