OMFG, car feels soooooooooo much better, quieter and smoother than the old pirellis, if yer a bit tight for cash, and need tyres, they seem to work very well.

Incursus

Be interesting to see how long they last.

Mind you I'm very impressed with the Kumo's I fitted last year
Much more grip and smoother than the Michelin sport pilots that came with the wheels.  Still plenty of tread left.

got a set of Goodyears for £30 less per corner than ATS or Kwikfit could do.

Just be careful when it's wet for the first time

Although the £26 Hankooks I fitted to the Panda 18 months ago, are brilliant even in the wet, but after nearly 30k miles they are shot

HardRockCamaro

Had Good Years Eagle Touring on the STS from the factory which lasted well but had poor grip.
The Pirelli 6000's I replaced them with were even worse.

The Nankangs I finally fitted were ace though, much better grip in the dry, much bette traction in the wet and seemed quieter too...  The ride was not quite as good but at £39 per corner, fitted, who cares...

yup always used them on the stang, camaro and truck - they hold the road reallyu well and don't wear massivley quick - had some pirelli on the GT - went through 2 sets in 12 months - crap tyres!!!

Ditto but they have doubled in price over the last year

I suspect that they are sold as loss leaders until they get market share and then the price competes with the other well known brands

It appears that Hankook are aplying the same game, £26 each 18 months ago and now the cheapest I can find is £49
