Ok you MK people, had the misfortune to go into the town centre tonight, what's with the main centre road in the town centre being closed and no diversion signs

Incursus

They're repairing the bridge. As for diversion its a grid system...

FUBAR

Thats because there was a HUGE fire in the slum / pikey camp market that is partly under the bridge on the south side of the centre, caused a fair bit of structure damage apparantly

Thats what they get for allowing market traders to put roller shutters on their stalls & stay there permenantly
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

Lets hope they repair it sooner than Manchester City council did with the fly over in Manchester city centre

A workmans site hut caught fire ( or was set alight ) under the fly over which also caused strutural damage, so they closed the flyover to traffic.
All traffic had to be diverted through the city centre, 11 years later they demolished it

NB : It was rebuilt for the Commonwealth Games
