Have still not received the radiator so emailed bauer millett yesterday.

They responded quickly saying they'll speak to the courier first thing this morning.

It was found at my "local" depot, obviously undelivered.

It'll be sent out tomorrow . . the courier are refunding bauer millett the £10.50 charge and they're passing it on to me as a good will gesture.

It hasn't slowed me down any and, providing it's still in one piece, I'm a happy bunny with the refund.
