25mm O/D Approx - not critical but can't be much more

8mm I/D Approx - to clear M8 threads

6 Off as follows :

5 x 25mm long
1 x 35mm long

If anyone can help let me know ASAP.

Actually i know we have some just finished a job with ally. How ASAP are they? Pretty under it atm and only in two days this week.

While I think of it have you got any off-cuts of 0.5mm stainless sheet laying around . . need a few bits approx 6" square (can confirm sizes) ??

Stainless steel sheet may be a bit more difficult and I don't think we have any that thin.

A 1mm Chamfer would be nice on the inner diameter to aid bolt location, ta.

Can put one on the outer if you want.

Fair enough - just thought I'd ask while I had it in mind . . . . do you use any ally sheet . . . need to make a few inspection panels soon so will be on the look-out for a few small bits, say 0.8-1mm-ish thick . . . . ?

Will have to ask the guv though, if you can give me some ideas on sizes.

The general rule is if I can make it out of a bar end it's all yours but stock sheet etc will have to be billed as it's on the system etc. Let me know the sizes and I'll check back tomorrow with the score

Yeah - no worries.

I'll need to confirm sizes 100% - that'll require measuring outside and it's just started HAMMERING it down !!!

Okies, well I'll have a look around, is the thickness imperative? I know we have some 1mm as I use it as shim, just not sure how much.

I suppose 1mm - 1.5mm would be fine . . . . I'll need to form them alittle as both plates are going on the trans tunnel so obviously won't be 100% flat.
