Looking at the picture I thought it was going to be a Golf

Rightly or wrongly I always thought that the 190 2.5 Cosworth was all trousers without much go

Edit : Wasn't this one of cars from last years barn find ?

Double Edit :  Yes it was !   ( about 12th post down by me on this thread - Seems they forgot to mention the as new Mercedes 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution II
)

HardRockCamaro

The 190 Cosworth was not fast compared to the Ford Cosworths but as 190's go, it's the one to have.

Roadkill

Surprisingly nice looking car !

What it needs is some proper raggin', though - make up for some of that time being unused !!

EDGE

thats the evo version too, so has the arch extensions etc,

the normal one and indeed that one wasn't officially called a cosworth, just a 190 2.3/2.5 16v

" Well I Value The Car at £80,000"

Thats all well and good but whats the point of having a car unless you're going to drive it? and once you put some miles on it, this it isn't worth anything like £80k.  It's like the £25,000 bottle of claret that came up at Southerbys recently, you can't drink it because the moment you open it it becomes just another bottle of plonk. Its a rich mans toy.

How long would you have to store it again to make a decent profit on your £80K? a bloody long time I should imagine.

The first buyer made a wise investment choice by storing it, this bloke is just trying to squeeze the lemon again to get a few more drops out of it.

Ohh, and that rear wing?.. puke!
