Our rented houses are so nice people just can't wait to get the keys!!

looks like he thought, he would create an extra parkin spot ..

One of the neighbours was doing a u turn, we think she stepped on the gas instead of the brake and just pushed harder when it didn't stop!

Crack in the render was there before but it has cracked the main support joint on the wall that holds the stair case up; pushed the whole staircase forward 50mm!! Will require a major rebuild to the front of the house, the stairs taking out, reboarding inside etc.

Me and the two police officers present had to wait for two hours to pull the car out as we had to wait for building control to turn up and confirm the front of the house wouldn't collapse. As we were waiting the film crew for Real Rescues turned up to film it a bit of free advertising is always good.
