This is not fair - how did you manage to put your piccie on this forum. I have got a few piccies I would like to post but can't understand it at all.

Have asked my friendly admin bod but all he does is knowingly smile and ignore me!

if you use the following [ imgs ] [ /imgs ] it should thumb nail the image

upload your pics to a picture server like picturetrail or photo bucket

open the image on your screen, right click, and go to properties

where it says 'image adress' (it will end .jpg) highlight all of it (starting with http://) then click copy.

when you wish to post a pic, type [img*] then paste the pic adress, and then add [/img*] but without the stars.

the image will appear.

Thanks - will try to decipher this info and work it out - might need to ask some more questions when I next see you.
