i do like the 1st gen but... 22 large ...

That is a lot, I'm always suspicious of pictures taken of a wet car, it's the oldest trick in the book to hide any paint defects

For £22k I'd be expecting concourse condition everywhere, no pictures of the rear of the car, the boot, chassis or door shuts etc
