9am Sunday 13th April 2014 - Paragon Motors ( NN4 8JD )

Well we have come in a full circle and to celebrate the start of year 2 for V8UK we are going go back to where it all began!
Get this in your diary and prepare yourself for a rubber burning birthday bash for V8UK!!!

At 9am we will meeting at Paragon MOT & Service Centre (NN4 8JD for all your SAT Nav needs) for a cup of tea and a natter, then at mid day START THOSE ENGINES and join one of the largest V8 convoys over to a local diner for some grub!

The convoy route will be posted up nearer the time and also handed out on the day (a 10 mile trip from the original meeting place)

Everyone is welcome, you don't have to have a V8, but you'll definitely get a better parking spot if you do...!

Bring your friends, bring your nan, bring your dog, bring who ever you want! This is going to be one hell of an event!

If you want to know what to expect then check out last years event write up here: http://www.v8uk.co.uk/the-full-power-launch/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http://www.v8uk.co.uk/the-full-power-launch/

Cunning Plan

Sounds like a great bit of fun

If I went, I would have to stay near the back of the convoy with my 2.5 Diesel straight 4. Or even funnier, my GF's 3 cylinder 1.4 Diesel Polo
1968 VW T2 Bay Bus (currently being restored and upgraded)
1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ (modern classic daily driver)

Andy

Dude, all welcome!

Just realised the convoy details aren't updated, but the final location is Jacks Hill Cafe, just off the A43. There will be a bit of an over run past the actual turn off for Jacks Hill as we want people to go past our camera location for some pictures and videos.

Hoping for great weather!

Rob

Yeah, was bad timing re: Waddesdon! Dave should be going but I don't know if he's organised his ticket yet or not.

I imagine we'll be heading to Jacks for around 12 / 12:30ish

Motorama

Might be to late for me anyway then, fancied coming up in the roadster, always causes a bit of a stir, but I have to be in Henley for early afternoon.

It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

Went out on Sunday with a couple of the V8UK guys to scout the convoy route. We sorted out that we'll get people to go up the A43 and back down it going past a couple photo opportunity locations.

If you're coming for the Jacks Hill bit, then we should be arriving at about 12:30, subject to traffic and leaving Paragon on time.

Ralph

This is gonna be mega!!

I will be all over this meet like a dirty rash!!

Got to be done boys!!

See you at Paragon at 9am!

There was only one cool car there . . . . . . . . and it was a Cadillac.

Andy

We counted around 80 cars at Paragon, with a good turn out from the Holden / VXR8 brigade which are always welcome.
