Not sure what you are doing at work, but this is where you can 'thank' someone on the forum who replies with something helpful by clicking a 'thank' or 'like' button on their post. This can then be linked with points, so for example, if a like is worth 10 points and you have helped two people today, next to your name will be Jo 20 points etc.  :plusone: :plustwo: :NEW_up:

I'm not that fussed TBH, the system on the Baja forum I find just generates loads of Notifications (I know you can probably turn them off)

On bigger forums with lots of activity I can see it being 'informative' in some way but I don't think its needed TBH, if others want it though then no probs.
