My place is obviously a possiblity for a venue, although not quite as swanky as Ryan's Gaff, has hosted LANs in the past.

Lots of Space for PC's - CHECK
Power Points - CHECK
Internet Connection - CHECK
Somewhere to sleep - CHECK

Can't wait 'til the extention is built on my house (hopefully) next year . . . . It'll increase the Usable floor space downstairs by over 50% . . . Or 110% if you include the garage/new workshop.

I'm quite happy (not so sure about Podette!

) to host one in our house. Trouble is, there's isn't a great deal of space, so we wouldn't be able to have as many people.

Might need to get the car parts out of the living room first....

There was a lot of alcohol involved we managed to polish off a 9Gal keg of beer over the weekend

... but its mainly to do with computer games.

I suggest early winter/autum. basically after show season...between swaping engines in Dusters and stuff
