Camshaft - Iskenderian Cams will grind the NEW blank to your specs. RV/Torque 262H Supercam, or 264H light street performer, or 270H Class II performer, with lift available up to your needs.

Hmm doesnt say if the pistons and rods are forged, hyp or cast? or any actual specs other than a custom grind for the cam

Incursus

Sweet, Ive got Maddog racing... in my ebay faves

Can't remember if I bought anything from them though

Wouldn't Andy be able to get all that?  Cheaper?

FUBAR

Thats pretty comprehensive isn't it!
especially nice that they will do the cam as you like, + they can obviously accomodate rebores etc because it says state piston sizes on ordering.

I agree
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

I'd guess not.  It's just a "slightly tweeked" stock kit.

I don't mind getting a more "radical" kit, but I don't want to spend years machining stuff or getting stuff custom made to make it all fit together.

Before I brought anything like that I'd give Andy the details and just say I want a mild custom jobbie . . .

I want a mild custom 500cid jobbie . . .

Roadkill

It would be interesting . . . . But I really must keep the Caddy Mild Custom.

Otherwise it'll end up being off the road for years to come.

philoldsmobile

perhaps i'm missing the point, but surely a caddy motor want to be as smooth and quiet as possible?

couldn't imagine a rolls royce with a lumpy cam and naughty motor, and caddy is the american rolls....

Actually that was gonna be one of my projects, rolls royce with a 8-71 blower and a big block now that would look cool

philoldsmobile

rollers are cheap as chips these days mate.....

£5000 can buy a bentley T1

HardRockCamaro

I'd want more power while keeping it quiet and smooth.

philoldsmobile

i'd like to see one with a northstar in it....

Been Done, Mate.

A '57 Brougham with a 2004 Northstar . . . . All wrong if you ask me . . .

Like that 56 Chevy with the TPI lump in it . . .
