I thought that was the point
When they complained one Sunday morning at 09:30am I told them I could always use it for work every morning leaving at 5:15am which soon shut them up

philoldsmobile

thing is i WILL be leaving at 6:50 every morning. and 5:20 on saturdays!

Nah, unless you really blat it through the estate or sit there reving.

Also she seems significantly quicker through gear change, kickdown....

<sigh>

THe video I took was far superior then the shakey-shakey-thumb-in-front-of-lense job Titsy did.

Talented . . ? - Yes.  I think so.

philoldsmobile

I was following the NYPD Blue school of videography. You just don't understand the message I was trying to convey man... Philistine ...

not tried it yet, but did fine on the bumps in brackley.

quite surprised by the ride. sudden bumps ie pot holes, drains etc are dealt with less harshly than the stock setup, but  due to less travel you notice the bigger humps and dips in the road more.

Cornering is much better as well

I'm assuming the first picture was after if was jacked up to put the exhaust
on,hence it was so high ?

Looking good, how much have you lowered it by

yes, it had just been jacked but that was pretty much the stock height.

After looking at Philo's and Chris's side by side today I would agree, it looks good with the wheels filling the arches

philoldsmobile

i think the drop is just a bit too much for me.. if i could find something thats half way between stock and chris's it would be perfect..

the exhaust however is 100% spot on what i'd want, quiet idle, with a gorgeous mellow but notable deep tone when revved..

has to rate as one of the most agreeable tones i've heard in a LONG time, it actually sounds expensive!!! like something that should come from an aston martin or maserati!

philoldsmobile
