Well there fitted...kinda

the long thready bits are in the wrong position but fortunately reasonably adjustable so managed jimmy them in and the indicator bulbs don't fit properly...at all really.  dunno how they could possibly get it that wrong!

and I need to take the fastening off the old ones so that I can adjust the beam height. (just sort of shoved in there atm cos it was pissing it down).

why is nothing ever easy?

bit hacked off really.

Roadkill

Ya' should've waited 'til the weekend so you could spend a bit more time and fit them properly.

Still, they sound like a bit of a bugger . . .

yup, instead I decided to do it in the hour I had between finishing work and going to see my dad, in the pooring rain and fading light

Gonna require a touch of fileing to get the indicators in but they should go.
Otherwise i'll get out the sellotape

FUBAR

Hmm, they sound like a bit of a pain, didn't you have problems with your last set too?
It's the time that we kill that keeps us alive...

Only cos we drilled a hole for the side lights.  they fit perfectly

Incursus

Gonna take em off over the weekend & make some adjustments.
Chap at work is gonna try and fit some Uber bright LED's (brighter than you get on an Audi A5)

Plus I ordered some white effect bulbs as my old ones look very yellow next to white LED's.

Chav it up to the Max man!!

You should have taken my jack...

Incursus

Just because they are wide I think (255)  fronts are 235.

EDGE

the tyre place round here managed to fit my 275 drag radials on to a 7" wide rim !!!!  that was fooking impressive if you ask me !!!!

Incursus

As some of you already know the Mustang failed its MOT on Friday

Just minor stuff really the Front Brake pads were a little low
and of course failed on the headlights as expected.

Loose but thats easy to fix and beam pointing in the wrong direction...up. Not so easy as there is no adjustment.

Fixed the brakes no problem.

Has anyone got a set of original Mustang headlights kicking around?
I have a set of sidelights but in a moment of madness chucked the headlights.

Exactly the reason why I haven't bought new headlights for my Camaro
