Thinking of getting this just to see me through the winter.

bit strange though , i emailed the guy and mentioned the mot and he said he didn't even know what an mot was as he had just got into the country. all of a sudden a addd description comes on mentioning how it failed the mot WTF. very bizarre. [?] I'll ask the history of the car , vin number and if the failure sheet is available.

what do you think ?

Doesn't all add up.  

Recent import - failed MOT, yet he says he drives it regularly.

Looks like a relatively nice car (even the wood holding the hood open!), but the boot would be unusable (assuming all the ICE is included)

The rear seats don't line up, and the interior needs a damn good clean.

Procede with caution.

Oh and aparantly its a 1991 25th anniversary model even though the sticker on the door says it was built in 1992 which was the 25th year...
