Idle moments lets see ?

Had 3hr's 20mins sleep last night , got up at 04:50am went to the gym for a spinning class , got into the office at 07:25am , work / meetings all morning , at 12:30pm surfed MKB for 25 minutes whilst answering the phone and sorting out a timing plan.
Working on a training plan all afternoon until 16:30pm , cycled home and put the new plug leads onto the GMC which took me until 20:00pm.
Although I did nip onto the forum every now and again.
Had Dinner, put the tools away and have just done some accounts before logging back on- Phew !
No definately no idle moments ( what a sad life ).

However if I was to think of boating it would be this :
