5,383 Songs in total (NO duplicates)

Just under 2 Weeks of solid music weighing in at 18 Gb.

I F*cking hate the new iTunes 7, though.

Where's the visualizer button ?

Where's the Equaliser button ?

And that Album Artwork thing is absolute crap !!! - It can only find about 20% of my library and most of that is wrong !!!

Bring back Version 6.

Damn right! My iPod had a total melt down after installing it. After ages of messing about on their site it seems that loads of people hvae had this problem. Just another scam to get you to buy a new ipod seems to be the general concensus!

I think it was mainly shuffles that were dying and the death of my ipod colour may have been due to something else but it certainly has flaws

Excellent memory when it comes to music.

My 3rd Gen and my 5th Gen Video both work fine with it.

I never used the visualiser button, I just press Apple-T to turn it on and off.
I don't use the equaliser full stop.

As for the album view, I think it's pretty good but bear in mind it will only find the artwork if the iTunes store sells that album AND the album and artist name exactly match how it is written at the iTiunes music store.

I just used a plugin that downloads the artwork from Amazon.co.uk instead.  The rest I do by hand (ie singles).

I think v7 is far better, I prefer the layout on the left and the quick access to the iPod settings.  Especially the little bar graph thing that shows what percentage of stuff on my iPod is photos, music and videos.

I don't have it anymore as I have all my artwork now anyway.

There are loads on http://www.versiontracker.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http://www.versiontracker.com

And on the PC it's Ctrl - T, but I normally sit on the settee of an evening flicking through my music and clicking the visualiser button using the (cordless) mouse.

Having the cordless keyboard sitting on my lap just isn't as convienient.

Also the equaliser setting, for me, is essential.

As I have music recorded in the early 50's it's often nessicary to adjust levels to suit.  Otherwise it sounds awful.  (not helped by my PC's cheap as chips speakers)
