Gritting season starts 27th October until 6th April 2007
We only grit when the temperature is 0 or below, and the roads are icey, so not if the road surface is dry. Hope this helps.

Unless it falls under a "special" catagory, there's no way I'd be legal to drive one, looking at it . . . .

My Sister's twat of a Husband drives one and AFAIK he doesn't have a special licence.

No way, if i go anywhere on the east coast it will be Baltimore but Arizona would be my first choice

82% (or 88%, I forget) of vacationing Americans don't go abroad.

Most head to Florida.

ie. Florida sees millions of domestic  tourists alone every year.

Plus millions of visitors from abroad.

Property prices increased (from memory) about 24% last year, compared with our ours (less then 10%).
Property near the new gate at Disney land is among the hottest property spots on the planet.

I'd say buy a property in Florida.   And make a fortune.
