Well as you know, i have had the cobra off the road for about a month now as the front tyres were shot through, well finally took them off tonight to get the new ones fitted tomorrow.

Damn your front geometry must be a mile out, i would have a look and see if there is any accident damage as it might of had a front ender

First thing i gunna do is get it fully aligned and checked!!

No front end mate, checked it out majorly before now

300bhp per ton

WOW that's some serious tread wear

Get that sucker aligned and lets go racing

philoldsmobile

wow, thats considerasbly further out than mine was, and i was toed out 3*!

its quite possible the car may have seen some drift action in japan, as they often set extreme ammounts of toe out for that...

55starchief

When i did pods fox body i set the camber at -1.5˚ and told him to set the toe out to +1˚ which should give him a nice quick turn in

philoldsmobile

i now have 1mm (0.3*?)  toe in, and stock camber.. i believe its about 1*

seems to be holding up fine so far..

Will get mine setup using the info the manual says:
-0.5˚  camber
+3.2˚  -> +3.4  caster
+0.12" or 1/4˚ toe in

Pod wouldnt let me set his up with any more neg camber i wanted to give it -2.5˚ man that would handle like a go kart

Roadkill

Hehehehe.
-1.5 is plenty for the time being. I can always add more later now I've got the caster/camber plates.

For what it's worth, we put as much positive caster as it had space for.
Still haven't done the toe yet (or fit those sway bar end links )
Haven't really driven the car much since then either.

Cool.

We'll have to set up that race sometime. One evening when it's not frosty or wet out would probably bode well.

Let me know :)
