The Hamster is back !

Pleased to report that Richard Hammond is back in action, and so is Top Gear.

Richard was on hand yesterday for the filming of Top Gears annual awards ceremony.
Clarkson & May presented him with one of their Man of the Year awards for his epic recovery and to welcome him back.
The folks at Lego, the skill-building toy to which Hammond previously attributed his rapid recovery, also presented him with a toy-block replica of the jet car that sent him plowing the field, as well as a replica of the Top Gear set, complete with little Hammond, little Clarkson, little May and little Stig.

Top Gear is confirmed to air on BBC2 on January 28 2007 , only a month and a half away.

meh, top gear is old hat. anout time they taught the dog a new trick. Only so much i can listen to clarkson or see a car drifting around an airfield

i used to really hate top gear, untill i changed the way i looked at it...

rather than being a motoring journal, i see it now as more of a sitcom / chat show, and TBH, it works really well...

oh yeah, if you think clarkson is a no tallent hack, read one of his books, they are absolutely awesome!!
