I tried cutting back but after 6 months was back to the usual so stopping all together was the only option. Thing is since finding the cobra 0.0 i seem to be drinking that like i used to drink. I guess the only difference being its totaly alchol free

some times you have to do what you have to do mate stopping for me was definatly something i had to do, either that or face problems in the future

My father in law died of it about 10 years ago and Managements uncle is well on the way.
Realising you have a problem is half way to sorting it out, but 55ss is right ?
