So in between fixing the font gutter I've been sorting my car clothes out :

Decided to throw this large bag full away :

Oh and the box of 50 garage towels from Costco

Not good polishing weather.

It's not so bad if you can bring it inside to clean it.... although It's only the inside of the car that's looking spankey so far..... the outside and under the hood are still pretty grim...

Titsy

BTW, weather permitting would I be able to book you for next Saturday to make the outside all shiney things....

Dam I'd love to be able to even work on the car in the garage, I can open the bonnet and squeeze in front of it.
My dream garage would have a fully equipped wet & dry valet bay, but as usual I got ZERO numbers on the lottery last night

I don't think that should be a problem

Is this still for the road trip ?

Don't think we could do there and back in time

Titsy

AutoRoute (if you trust Microsoft) has it at around 4 1/2 hours total driving time there and back, say an hour and a half to do what needs to be done, and schedule in a few thirsty yank fuel stops and we might just make it back in time for 3-4pm...

Seriously any time after 5am is fine with me, if we got away for say 6am we should be there by about 9 - 9:30am traffic & weather permitting.

Well I was going to suggest meeting you in MK, but we have to come back to the meeting Management will be there in the GMC anyway ?

Do you want to pick me up ?

Speaking of the weather I unblocked the gutter this morning because it's been overflowing, not much fun hanging out of a 3rd storey window.

Anyway getting to the point, it's now nissing down again and I've just been outside to see how it is now ?

Not overflowing now , but the blockage seems to have moved down to the ground drain and I'm soaked

Clear sky outside now and you can see the moon, the barometers still dropping though so I think more heavy rain is on the way
