That'd be a good start.

The cuprinol is, looking at it, designed to kill rot.

I'm guessing your doors are fine, just a little swollen.

I would contact your local trade counter and see what they have to offer, as i said before the problem i can see is that the teak oil might stop any other sealer/stain from penetrating the door

Any proprietary damp sealer will do it, even a good quality exterior varnish.

The teak oil will run into the joints thus looking darker. Its OK for garden furniture but its not something I'd recommend for garage doors as it dries out too quick. Wait for the dry weather; decide on the finish/colour you want; give them a good rub down then a coat of sanding sealer or two, rub down between and after coats with some 300 grit paper then finish of with the top coat of choice. If you want to keep the natural colour then use a clear coat good quality varnish, the sanding sealer should stop any major discolouration.
