Police recruit 16 year olds !

Well we all know actual Police Officers are a rare breed, slowly being replaced by Plastic Police Officers ( aka Traffic Officers & community support officers ).

Well they have really hit rock bottom now

Thames Valley Police have now started recruiting 16 year olds to work as CSO's

My eleven year daughter even said " WHAT ? "

Me thinks it is time to start seriously thinking  about leaving this country

Edit : I'm sorry but at 16 you just haven't got the life experience to do this type of job, it'll be more like the Hitler Youth Movement

I'd done a lot when I was 16, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't until I got to 19-20 when I started sorting myself out as an adult.

Coppers should be 21+ IMO.

With youth thesedays I struggle to take 18 year-olds seriously as "adults".
