It's OK, I have a note from my mum

Gave my excuses on Weds, Karting took it's toll. Got up(ish) at 5:30, but arms ached, and had the usual rib and knee bruises.

However, after the performance I gave, I need to go more often, I see daily visits starting from Monday.
