It's NOT stainless.

EDIT -

Definition:  Forming of an aluminum or aluminum alloy coating on a metal by hot dipping, hot spraying, or diffusion.

It means its treated steel pipe with an aluminium coating to reduce the rust

aah right ok, in that case I'd only buy the Y-Pipe & Cat replacement bit pictured on the last page & attach it to the current pipe.

will need to double check the diameter but i'm 99% sure its 2.5"

Will need to speak to Andy then at some point.
when are you guys ordering you're next lot of bits to go to him?

Graeme you'd prefer me to actually order this stuff from Andy rather than from summit with it being delivered to him wouldn't you?

Get in contact with him and see if he can get it first, and then we can sort out a Summit order if he can't.

Would prefer you to at least email or call him for a price mate. Dont want him to think we use him just for a delivery point.

Calling is the best option, bearing in mind the time frames.  He can take a while to respond to emails, but if he's on the phone he can look stuff up there and then (he did for me anyway)

unlikely..

unless someone has done the whole system from the manifolds back, or flared the pipe from behind the y pipe, its likely to be 2.25" - thats the stock diameter, and most aftermarket systems keep with it because its correct for te 305 engine

the gains are in the back half of the system (basicly muffler) tthe intermediate pipe isn't restrictive..

go too big on the bore and you loose torque. something the 305 does very well for its size..
