FAO: Anyone going to the barn

When you are there, can you please take a look at the steering column/indicator stalk from the stripped Firebird.

I need to know what functions are on it, before I commit to trying to find the time to get over there and take it off.

We think it's - Cruise OFF/ON/RESET switch. Cruise SET button. Indicators. Wipers (Intemittent with speed settings). Washers. Full Beam ON/OFF.

Can someone please help here?

Just to clarify, according to the catalogue, there are at least 3 variations. I need to know which one this is.

I'd be surprised because the same stalk is used in just about every GM model

It was the same in our 1995 Astro van as my Camaro

Also I've best described it's action as " Like stirring custard with a spoon "

They also feels like there are going to snap off every time you use it

From memory i thought one of the stalks got broken which is why it wasnt sold

Think it may only be the column surround that was broken.

I'm busy this weekend, and it's also a long way to travel just to take a look and find it's not what I need or broken.

If someone who was going anyway is able to check for me, it's then worth my while making the journey to remove it if it is OK/
