EBay sues Craigslist !

eBay is suing the popular internet community ad site Craigslist to "safeguard its four-year financial investment".

In a statement, eBay claimed that in January, Craigslist executives took actions that "unfairly diluted eBay's economic interest by more than 10%".

No details of those actions were given by eBay

In a tiff over its 28.4 percent share in Craigslist, auction giant eBay has filed suit against the online classifieds site in a Delaware court of chancery. According to Reuters, eBay has accused Craigslist's board of directors of diluting its share.

so its not ebay sues craigslist over market share more that craigslist has tried to dilute the share of itself that ebay owns, i think yahoo is involved as well
