What to do in London for 4 hours ?

OK Londoners, got to go to London on Friday and will be at an loose end from 13:30pm to 17:30pm when I get a free ride on the London Eye

The venue is just off Oxford Street near Marble Arch, please , please don't say shopping

So ideas please on where to go

I will never ever try to enter Harrods again, they refused me entry last year because I was in a wheel chair, when I enquired why ?
They said it was for my own safety !!!!!!!! Don't remember seeing that in the DDA ??

simple, just up the road, Covent Garden, pub called 'the punch and judy', balcony overlooks the street performers, always good for A laugh, great pub food, decent priced alcohol. I never walk out sober

Also works well, as the London Eye is only interesting if you're tippled
