Yes to both, but speedhumps are desgned to slow cars with minimal of damage, potholes arent, loads of them can damage your tyres and suspension components - will they be accepting liablity for new shocks, snapped coils, bushes, tyres??? No way!



Council tax should go to essential services - and a road system is one of them.

The way I figure it councils owe us for new shocks and springs as it is with speed humps.

With pot holes they can add alloy rims and tracking to that list...
