Had a result on this Friday... Tesco appointed me a lawyer about a month back to take the third party and their insurer to court as they refused to admit liability. My Lawyer filed for court action a couple of weeks ago, and on Friday I had a letter with a cheque to cover my excess and saying that they had admitted liability and settled out of court...

for the result, and getting it before my renewal is due

for having to push it that far and it taking 8 months to get sorted
