Yeap Metoffice.co.uk are showing a 'severe weather warning'

It's a 60% chance for MK
This is valid from 9pm this evening until 23:59 tomorrow

Quoting: Metoffice
There is a high risk of severe weather affecting parts of east and southeastern England during Thursday evening and Friday. Heavy snow showers will give accumulations of 5-10cm in places on low ground and 15-20cm over hills. The snow showers are expected to gradually die out from the north of the area through the day. Some drifting snow is likely in the strong north to northeasterly wind. This could cause disruption to travel networks.

Threw a load of it down mid evening, we got stuck in the water gardens at Harlow which has a 2 storey car park and the steep ramp down was frozen so plod weren't letting anybody leave until they had de-iced it using salt that they threw over hte surface by putting the sack in an Asda's trolley and pushed down the ramp...

Still, good chance to test out the 4x4 on the Jeep, felt completely sure footed even at 70!

Fieldy

about 7 inches lay here, still falling, just taken the truck out to walk the dogs.... all good fun

Got up half an hour early, cleared the snow from my drive which had drifted to about a foot deep and then cycled to the gym.
The only problems on the roads were the amount of abandoned BMW's at the bottom of all the hills

All the schools have closed and most people can't get into work, FFS it's a bit of snow
