I note PhilO uses the word "convoy" . . . I believe that implies that they have to be actually moving . . . . . a row of knackered Alfas on the hard shoulder doesn't count.

we've got about 3" settled here so far and its still coming down like a blizzard !!!!

Yeah about 2" in MK when i got up at 6am today...made me way into oxford - took about 30-40 minutes longer than normal but got in no problems...

Our road wasa bit slippy with all the snow, but once onto queen eleanor road / a422 / a34 / m40 / a43 were all doable with care - the B430 was a nightmare, but only got 1/2 way down that before had to do a "U" turn as road was totally blocked and closed!!

Got about 3ish inch's here in oxford at the mo - and its still snowing.....

Gunna get some pics up when i can!

At least that's what her hubby has been telling her 10 inches is...

Got into work with no bother and it didn't take much longer than useual as there was no schools traffic; although pradictably the industrial estate was blocked up with lorries so I had to park in Focus's car park...

Friends in Fleet when and measured their snow earlier while I was talking to them, they had between 9 -10" and they said it was still snowing.

It's bright sunshine here now

, but it's meant to come back
