Can someone explain them to me?

I have done 2 classifieds this month @ £12.99 each, and 2 auctions @ £8.00 each.

=

£41.98

How comes they have today deducted £53.98?

I hate this, everytime I use it, I feel robbed.

I don't mind paying the 'fees', but why hidden ones?

Roadkill

Have they added a final value fee on to any of them ?

It should break it down fairly clearly in your "accounts" tab.

Fieldy

It went out automatically via PayPal, would there have been PayPal fees inc.?

Under the accounts tab it simply says 'automatic payment via paypal, thank you'

I think paypal fees go out separately . . . but go on to paypal and search "all transactions" in recent history

You should be able to click on the amount as a link to bring up further info.

There's been many times when I've thought I've been over-charged for something but when I've looked into it it's actually correct.

Part of the problem is that they collect the fees quite a while after the events so you have time to forget all the details . . . . . well - I do anyway.

Fieldy

I have done this before.

It is not a big problem as I just need to transfer the money from the business account to my personal as it went out my personal.

I just hate the amount and can't work out where the other £10 came from

Motorama

did the auctions sell, as RK said there is a final value fee/commission added

yes, the Skoda 'sold', although I have not marked it as payment received as the guy refused to as he wanted to drive it to Poland and not tow it (The advert clearly stated it was a piece of shit and needed towing/trailering)

The Vivaro sold, but I simply deleted the advert.

'Final Value Fee'? What a rip off, why not just add it to the initial fee?

Final value fee is quite normal for any auction-based system.  It can't be added at the start as it's based on the price at the end of the auction.

Never knew that, thanks..... That would explain it

Ebay do offer a complete break down of all the fees added.  Goto MyEbay, then the Account tab, and select the invoice you've just paid.
