Thinking about going to see this on Tuesday (2nd) anyone else wanna tag along?

It's showing at 7pm, 8pm & 9pm (running time is 161mins)
Which time would people prefer?

It should cost £6.90 + 80p for the 3D glasses (unless you already have them, as you get to keep them)

Fieldy

I don't fancy this film, but there is over a 1 week waiting list in the Kent area for tickets

Incursus

I thought the film was awesome. Though most of that was probably the world they had created. Absolutely stunning.  Story line was pretty predictable.

Might even come and see it again.

Cunning Plan

Its very long so don't have a drink too early on in the movie!
1968 VW T2 Bay Bus (currently being restored and upgraded)
1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ (modern classic daily driver)

Tried to find out when Sammy is working tomorrow - no joy - will speak to her tonight and see . . .

Erm.. she told me on Sat that she isn't at work tomorrow, but does have to go to London for an interview (think the interview is at about 1.45pm?)

Ahh, yeah, that's it.

She's phoning me to let me know when she'll be back but she *should* be home reasonably early.

If not I'll go without her.

Are you sure the 3-D films are covered by the "cheap tuesday" deal ???

Quoting: Incursus
So which showing?

9pm seems a tad late as it's three hours long . . . . maybe 7pm or 8 pm ?

Yup.  Though still more than the normal £5.
+ £1.90 for 3D and +.80p for the Specs.

Ian is normally home around 6pm so 7pm should be do-able (and would mean an earlier night ) or 8pm may be easier?

Roadkill

As long as we get time for a quick

I reckon 8pm.

ianjpage

i'd presonally prefer 7pm but will go with the majority (am intending on finishing at 4 topday anyhow!)

FUBAR

Saw this last night, my wife took me for a surprise.

Didn't like it, thought the 3D graphics are still in the early stages. EG. You could only look at what was being 'focused on' by the camera, which meant I couldn't look anywhere else on the screen as it was blurry, plus, the 3D effects were great on zoomed out shots, but anything remotely fast on the screen was just too blurry..... like a 25hz lcd

Also, I actually thought the story line was rather predictable

Yeah but still leaps and bounds ahead of previous stuff.
It will either get better or die out again until the next 3d revolution.

Bring on the holodecks

I don't think anyone was expecting otherwise . . .

Yet, many people are watching multiple times? No thanks, not more than once, once was more than enough
