That's 50 consecutive days in the Gym

To celebrate this morning I broke my personnel best time rowing 2,000 metres which was 7 minutes 43 seconds, new record 7 minutes 40.02 seconds

Not bad for an old man

NB : I'm also well in the lead in this months Iron Man competition with two days to go

I've upped my game, too, but mainly on the weights.

You'll be happy to know, as from last night, I started cardio, too . . . . 15 minutes on the bike - nearly killed me !!

I've been slacking lately, not been in ernest since the end of November....to many weekends with the girlfriend

Single again now so back to the gym...once I'm over this Man Flu

Yeah, my bike program was a killer.

Still.  I've got a base, now so I'll go from there.

i've had about 5000 rest days now

I was told not to do more than 3 days in a row...

Had a rest day yesterday so back down tonight for a ses then off to the pub for a round of darts! Perfeck Friday!

Kudos on the rowing time, my PB is 8:20, but nearly passed out after that so I'm happy with maintaining 8:40
