Make that three hours

Fantastic ride but holy pot holes Batman, you really have to be concentrating mid corner when your speed gets up

Some of the holes are about a foot deep

it is lovely outside today, I actually cycled home from work with no gloves on last night as well, will probably do the same today.

Hopefully, even though its still really quite cold in the mornings we've now seen the last of the wintery weather for this year.... touch wood...

I decided to go for a cycle to Shifty's and back this eveing, but unfortunatly as I neared his house one of the pedals fell off...

The bolt holding it onto the square spline appears to have worked loose and fallen out (never to be seen again) and so the peddle worked it's way off of the spline... Everything went a bit excentric for a moment and then it was gone...

Odd, because the ones on my bike are lefty tighty on 1 side and physically attached to the pedal, impossible to come off loike...

nah.. i think titsy stayed on

the nut and the cotter pin went awol..
