Well despite all the hype it was one of the most boring races to watch

Only interesting bit was Vettel's engine problem, proves how much a fully working exhaust system makes a difference. Apart from that very boring.

Missed the start but watched a couple of laps around lap 10 and then just switched on a couple of times to see if anything had changed

the whole F1 thing i find dull as dishwater they dont look like cars sound horrible racing is somewhat fixed and they wear them silly caps

its the dullest 'sport' on the planet, 5 billion laps in near identical cars with just a bit of draughting. oval racing utterly sucks in all forms.

F1 isn't what it used to be for sure, but nothing beats nascar for tedium.

proper racing was mid 80's touring car racing, even early 90's was good. tarquini completely on 2 wheels? you dont get that any more...


F1 used to be about innovation, the 6 wheel tyrell was a prime example, or the insane hand grenade 1500bhp 1500cc monsters! motorsport aint what it used to be.. WSB can be entertaining though.

That's a fairly typical view from anyone who hasn't watched a season of it.

It really can become interesting if you follow a team or a racer imparticular. There is far more overtaking, lead changing, general racing! You can't beat a full field (all i ever saw was about 30 at Rockingham) going around a track with tight racing. Nothing beats the excitement. May sound surreal, but it's true.
