LED Sidelights <again>.

I was that pleased with the LED side lights I bought last week, I lashed out another £1.29 on another set
Now remove all sharp objects from near reach, before I tell you they are for the Camaro
Although if we've honest the rear lights aren't any GM standard anyway

Might get some for my Mondeo and my pop's Chysler Voyager Do they just look like you have put those rubbish blue LEDs in though? Need a day-time shot

I've started converting mine to LEDs too.

The front indicator bulbs (front and side markers) are all I've done so far.

I need to get the right colour ones for the rears though.  The white LEDs that I had make the red lights go pink.

My rear lights are tinted and although still quite clear, brighter bulbs wouldn't hurt.

No just very bright white

Judging from the amount of relected light on the garage wall, there are nearly twice as bright

In my experience, that's not an easy question to answer.  It depends on the design of the bulb.  The first ones I had for the front indicators were mostly front firing LEDs, and didn't look very bright at all.  I changed those to ones with a higher amount of radial LEDs, making use of the reflector in the housing, and I think yes, they do look brighter.

I've not tried the design that Martyn's gone for yet, but might give them a try.  I'll have to pop over Martyn, take a look at what you've got.
